Quick Update

I saw a new referrals on Ref Motor. Ref Motor is a HYIP that paid me. But I already tag HYIP as a SCAM more than a month ago, or maybe even two months ago. Silly me, after looking back here at my blog I just realized that I wasn't able to post about it. So, sorry readers. Good thing, refmotor still sends out email that I have referrals so I was able to email my referral not to invest money here. I just hope they followed my advised. hehe.

So, Officially, Refmotor is Scam. That's based on my experience.

Levitra to Fix Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is a problem that thousands of men deal with on a daily basis across the United States but do not like to talk about with their spouse, significant other, doctor or friends. Erectile dysfunction is such a difficult topic to discuss for men because it deals with their manhood and ability to obtain an erection when getting intimate with their lover. One way to fix this problem is to take the medication known as Levitra. Levitra can only be taken if prescribed by a doctor and should not be taken more than the recommended dosage or prescribed dosage.

Any man that has a problem obtaining an erection should visit their physician before deciding to take any medication to help the problem. Levitra helps the flow of blood reach the penis, which is what is needed for an erection. If there is not enough blood flow to the penis, then an erection will not last long enough or will not occur at all. Levitra should be taken right around the time the man plans on being intimate with his lover and no other time during the day. That means that Levitra should not be taken during breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It should only be taken when he is aroused by his lover and knows that intimacy will be occurring.

Levitra can be prescribed in three dosages, with the doctor determining which one is best for the patient. If the dosage prescribed to you does not help your erectile dysfunction, then you should visit your doctor once again and have a higher dosage prescribed to help combat your problem. Men should not be embarrassed to discuss erectile dysfunction with their doctor because the sooner the conversation takes place the sooner the problem can be aided and intimacy can be had.

The Filipino Talent

Last Sunday, Pilipinas Got talent aired it's last show for the audition round. This was the last Filipino who wish to grab the top prize for Pilipinas Got Talent. They are family of talented singers. What I hate about this is that the judges already pressed their buzzers because they are already convinced that this family have the talent to move on the second round. They didn't let them finish their presentation. As the hosts said it was the first time that the judges was convinced that easy. I am looking forward to their next performance.

Watch this video I got on youtube and be amazed how this brothers and sisters are so talented. Enjoy

The Heart and Soul of Scott Kay

“Never Compromise—when asking someone to spend the rest of their life with you.” This tagline represents the heart and soul of the Scott Kay jewelry line. Scott Kay is considered to be one of the world’s leading bridal brands. The brand is also considered to be among the top designer’s of men’s jewelry. Founder and CEO Scott Kay is also revered as an educator and artisan. While Scott Kay began his career working with gold, the artist and company have been hailed as a leader in the resurgence of platinum jewelry.

Scott Kay has appeared on hundreds of network television shows such as Good Morning America and the Today Show bridal series. Scott Kay was selected by Good Morning America as America’s most desired engagement ring. Radio, newspaper, and magazine media have also featured Scott Kay and his company.

Although Scott Kay has been in business for more than 25 years, the company opened its flagship store in April of 2009 in New York City. Called SK66, this store represents the company’s leadership in the industry by opening during difficult economic environments.

The store is by invitation only because “The environment will be a museum from every aspect of my love for the fine arts and jewelry,” noted Scott Kay. Guests can expect to experience a store full of historical items from around the world. Invited guests are expected to include friends of the CEO from the jewelry world, performing arts, finance, and sports, as well as others who will appreciate the fine art of the store.

If perhaps you don’t find yourself on the guest list, the Scott Kay line of jewelry can be found at locations around the world. The collections are also available through several select online sources.

Text Ad Exchange Sites

Many of the bloggers are finding ways to advertise their site in a minimal cost. I have already mentioned here another way of advertising your site is through Text Ad Exchange Sites. I have not been active here for quite some time already but lately I decided to advertise this site again, anyway this is just for free?

FREE?!? Yes, it's just free and all you have to do is sign up and use the promo codes and you can get Free Hot links, Free Traffic link sites, banner ads, button ads and sometimes even Solo Ads. Solo ads are ads that is sent direct to the members email address. Upon clicking the different advertising ads you also gain points that you can again use for your own advertising.

I recently joined two sites, One is Solo Dragon Ads and the other one is Adz-R-us.

If you want to get the free advertising packages use the promo code "Dragon" for solo dragon ads and "newmember" for Adz-R-us, by setting it up on the advertising page.

Tips for Choosing Kid's Clothing

Purchasing kid's clothing can be a daunting task for parents—they grow so fast! It seems like they grow inches and pounds overnight. You often have thoughts such as “Didn’t I just buy that dress a week ago?" or perhaps, “Why are your jeans up above your ankles? We just got those for you last month.”

Shopping for kids clothing can still be considered fun! You get to choose from clothing collections that could make adults jealous. But be sure to buy clothing that is suitable for the younger set. This means kids clothing that are easily put on and taken off. Wide necks and stretchable materials are particular good features to look for. Zippers are better than buttons, especially for infants and toddlers. This will avoid any possibility of your youngster swallowing a loose button.

Even though you may be tempted to purchase kids clothing a few sizes too large, this may lead to problems. Your child could trip and fall on clothing that is too large. Also look for clothing that makes your child comfortable. You may want to see your little girl all dressed up in silk and satin, but it is not suitable for everyday activities. Cottons are good for all-season kids clothing. And fleece and wool are great cold weather choices.

To help economize when purchasing your kid's clothing wardrobe here are few tips:
- Off season sales are a great time to purchase. You can find discounts as high as 50% to 70% off.
- Buy ensembles and pieces that can be “mixed and matched.” A few integral pieces will enable you to have many different outfits, and neutral colored pants, skirts, and shorts will help when matching with tops.
- Use online shopping resources. You can find quality and design in a full-range of kids clothing lines at numerous sites.

Welcome to.....

I got a new site with its own domain. This site will cater almost all the reviews that I am doing and will do in the future. I am not really an expert with doing a review, I am just trying. Yup, a trying hard blogger. :D :D I just have a free template that I googled, looks just perfect for "red hot" title, and still I am trying to put some important widgets.

Anyway, thanks again to Sam, for assisting me with the hot title, and just for being there when I need someone to talk to. We exchanged text messages last week, and somehow just by letting out to her my concerns I was relieved.

Aside from that, I am inspired now, and its because of Liz. Thank you for the opportunity you've given me. More opps to come. hahaha

Enough of my non sense, just visit me at My Red Hot Reviews. I would also appreciate it if you leave me a message, follow me or subscribe to my feeds. This site is also a Do-follow blog and comments are most welcome. :D

Home Mortgage Basics

Is Buying a Home Right for You?

For most people, purchasing a home will require getting a loan and acquiring a mortgage, so before taking the plunge, decide if it’s right for you. A house is probably the biggest investment you’ll ever make. It’s an ongoing commitment of your money and your time—remember your home will need repairs, which you can do yourself or hire out. You’ll also have the extra burden of taxes and insurance. But if you decide a home mortgage fits your financial situation, then owning a house can give you freedom to live where and how you want without the unstable nature of renting.

Deciding on the Right Home

Once you’ve made the decision you can afford a home mortgage, and you have the down payment, it’s time to house hunt. The first consideration, of course, is the cost. Do a budget and decide how much you can afford per month. Don’t forget to allocate money not only for the mortgage, but also for taxes and insurance. If you’re the do-it-yourself type, you can save a lot of money by buying a fixer-upper. Also, sellers are often willing to come down in price to compensate for expected repairs. Sometimes going with a smaller house allows you to upgrade to a nicer home.

Finding the Right Lender

There are many home mortgage lenders—from major banks to smaller private organizations—and you should shop around for the best offer. The government has home loans for qualifying borrowers. Veterans can also get help from the government to purchase a home. Brokerage firms, either online or off, that can help you find the best loan for your particular financial situation. These companies have access to multitudes of lenders, both large and small. Different loan packages and rates are available depending on whether you’re buying your first home, a vacation home, refinancing, or looking for a home equity loan.

More on Bambie's Contest Sponsor

Better late than never, so the cliche goes. That's why Bambie's so happy to announce the latest, well actually the last, sponsor for her contest. Who is it? Kizuna. Who or what is Kizuna? Kizuna is the Japanese term for ties and bonding. The blog owner, Clarissa, is a Filipina married to a Japanese and living, naturally, in Japan. Her blog is basically her outlet and this is where she writes about her family, her children and practically everything that's related to being a wife, a mother and a woman. She's kind enough to sponsor make-up goodies for this contest!☺

Another sponsor who deserves special mention since Bambie failed to include her link in earlier posts is

  • Babies and Contests. Ria will gladly sponsor 2000 EC credits and 1 month AD space in her high ranking blog.☺

  • Silver Prices Go Up and Down

Silver investors and traders have watched as the silver prices have continued to go up, up and hopefully not away as the price of silver reached the $18.50 mark not too long ago. Experts believe that the next step for the price of silver, once it surpasses the $18.50 point, is heading straight to $18.90. As of April 16, however, once gold prices tripped a little, silver prices followed—taking silver for May delivery down by 76 cents, which is a 4.1-percent loss leaving it at $17.67 an ounce.

    '''The Future of Silver Prices'''

Barclay Capital responded to the drop in gold prices and silver prices by saying, "In contrast, positive macroeconomic data alongside our expectations for the dollar to strengthen towards the end of the first half of 2010 is likely to weigh on gold and silver prices." The Barclay Capital statement may have a ring of truth since that is precisely is what happened to silver prices—down the silver prices went.

An analyst at GFMS, Philip Newman, predicts that silver may be the one out of the white metal family that pulls out ahead in the race. Silver coins have been playing a stronger role in the markets than gold coins in the United States, with silver coins in the U.S. mint selling at a 26-percent higher rate than gold coins in the first quarter of 2010. Philip Newman went on to say that if the economy starts to recover and comes out of the recession, this will not necessarily drive the prices of silver up, but it will act as support for stronger prices. It is also believed that if inflation hits the U.S. economy that investors are more than likely to go back to investing in gold once again.

    Municipal Bond Management

    Managing Your Municipal Bonds

You can manage your municipal bond portfolio yourself, or you can hire a professional manager, some of whom specialize in municipal bond management. A professional manager will have experience and expertise in the bond markets and study trends that help them choose the best bond investments for their clients. Whether you’re managing your portfolio yourself or seeking the help of a professional, you’ll need to examine your income, what return you expect to see, your needs for your personal lifestyle and your short-term and long-term financial goals.

    Understanding Municipal Bonds

In order to manage your portfolio properly, you need to understand the basics of what municipal bonds are and how they work. Municipal bonds are sold by state, county and city governments to raise money for public projects such as schools and highway work. If you buy a municipal bond, you become a lender to the government and you’ll be paid interest on your loan. The bond will have a maturity date at which time the government will pay back the original loan amount. When managing your municipal bonds, you need to know if the income from the bond is tax exempt (most municipal bonds are).

Risk and Payoff with Municipal Bonds

Municipal bonds are considered to be a safe investment. However, there are risks such as fixed interest rates and the bond being paid, or called, earlier than the original maturity date. Once you understand the risks of buying municipal bonds, you should examine what your reasons are for the investment and what risks you’re willing to take. A bond can tie up your money for years, so make sure you won’t need that money for some other purpose. But along with risk comes payoff, and if you successfully manage your municipal bond portfolio, you can be rewarded with a good return on your investment.

I advertised my Personal blog in the last week of February and ran for one month. This March I was able to earn $11.28 and I earned a little from January and February, so Adgitize paid me the other day.

What is so nice with Adgitize is that, you pay $14 a month for an advertisement and it increases your blog traffic and boost your alexa ranking and at the same time you will earn something from them, that you might get your money back.

Indeed, Adgitize - is World Class Advertising on a Bloggers Budget

It's holiday in the Philippines tomorrow (April 9) in commemoration of Fall of Bataan or we call it Araw ng Kagitingan. It means more time with my family and more time for earning online. I need to find other ways to earn online. Have any suggestions?

    Do Follow Comment

I've always thought that having a "external nofollow" tag on the comment section is natural. Whenever I check some comment author's name or maybe a link in their comment, there is always a "nofolllow" tag. I think almost all the blogs I visit have this tag. But everything change when I read at the Blogger Hub that this comment author link or the links in the comment can have a do follow tag.

I wanted my blog to have a Dofollow comment section, it's like spreading some love and help to my readers and commentators, so I searched on how to get rid of the no follow tag.

Getting rid of the no follow tag is easy, just open your blogger dashboard, click layout, then click edit HTML. Tick the small box near expand widget template and look for the following code:

    href='data:comment.authorUrl' rel='nofollow'

    href='data:backlink.url' rel='nofollow'

Just remove the text that are in red. Save the template and viola, your blog is a dofollow blog. My personal blog, Simple Pero Rock, will be a dofollow blog too, I am just waiting for Sam, to do the editing. hehe. Thanks Sam.

This site and Contest & Giveaway Craze site are both Dofollow blogs. I encourage comments but I discourage spammy comments. Comments are moderated and I will not approve any spam comments.
    Thank you so much! :-*

With the current economic status we need to save more and spend less, also we need to find different ways to earn money both in the real world and the online world. Having your own business will make you reach your goal faster, but what if right now you don't have enough money to invest in a business?

Even if you are an employee you can still become rich! How? Just save your money.
There are actually three money pumps. The first one is the business, this can be a franchise, networking or any business. Second is property, you can use it for rent or buy and sell. The third one is paper, these are bonds, mutual funds, stock market. See to it that when you receive your paycheck every payday, you separate 10% as your tithes, and another 20% for you savings, you use this to invest in paper assets. Do this religiously and you will retire a millionaire. We can do this, just think and act rich, and you will become rich.

    Page Rank Update

I was checking my earnings for the first quarter last week, and I am not so happy with the results. I am really, really lazy for the first quarter. I'll post my little earnings later, so it will serve as a reminder for me that I shouldn't be lazy.  So, I hope this quarter would be more productive for me when it comes to online earnings. I hope to get more opportunities and I hope I can manage my time well. And to help me with my plan, google update the page rank already and I am so  happy to see that this site increased it's rank.

As Sam said, this means more opps. yippeeee...which also means more $$$$.  Sam, has been really helpful for me and she is one great mommy blogger, don't forget to visit her sites.

My other blogs, Simple pero Rock & Contest & Giveaway Craze has Page rank 2. This is a very nice way to start the second quarter of the year. Now, I don't have any reasons to be lazy. Got my page ranks already, so it's up to me whether I will prioritize my cafe or my opportunity. hhehehe. I need discipline and time management.
